Fairly simple to start using the service, so far I have iron contoured no problem. It will be more convenient if I could activate data on my own using a website, but their email service response time has been quite good, within a few hours. Hopefully this product will continue for a long time.

Great customer service and product bought this device a few months before my overseas trip and forgot to transfer the data to be used over there after a few emails later they were able to set me up quick on a late Saturday. They have been reasonably responsive on getting you taken care off I would recommend this to anyone if you're trying to save your phone data and battery

I've been using Globlinker and have had a really positive experience so far. Receiving 2 GB of data every month for free is a fantastic perk, and the service works reliably as expected. On top of that, their customer service team was extremely helpful and quick to assist when I needed help. Definitely recommended!

I bought Globlinker a couple of months ago, I found it very easy to set up, the support I had was excellent, I would certainly recommend this to anyone.

Just received the unit, and it works exactly as advertised. Very easy to set up and use. Great reception. My brother one too and used it in a remote area where he was unable to get a cell phone signal from his carrier. Customer service is top notch. They are very pleasant and helpful, and get back to you right away. Great product, highly recommend.

Excellent unit, does exactly as it says. Worked flawlessly on a trip around Europe especially in Switzerland when we found out our roaming data wasn't valid. To switch data on you're required to email which sounds a bit of a faff but they get back almost straight away and nothing is too much trouble. Battery seems ok, easily charged up. Data prices are OK, wouldn't say they're cheap but not really expensive either. I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling who's likely to go over their roaming data allowance.

Very impressive so far! It hasn't let me down yet and I don't expect it to. When I travel overseas it will give me great peace of mind. The customer service is the best. You cannot go wrong!!!

I have used Globlinker for about 3 months now during weekly travel through the Southeast United States. At our job sites Wifi isn't always available and this is where Globlinker really shines. It provides me with a reliable internet connection for email and web access for work. Their customer service for activation was great and fast!
