Works well!! Great customer support!!!

With my wife we have a small RV that we are using at least once a month. We need to connect the smart TV while camping mostly in the West coast from Seattle to San Diego. So far it works perfectly and we are able to watch Youtube or Netflix from our van, the exact same way than being at home at almost no cost. For people like us it is highly recommended.

I purchased the device earlier this year while planning my family trip overseas to Germany, Italy and Turkey. To be honest, I was quite hesitant but decided anyways to purchase mainly based from online reviews of the product and I had also reached out to customer via email about connectivity overseas, transferring of credited data from US to outside the US and vice versa. ALL very informative, and another reason for purchasing the Globlinker. Awesome little device! , internet connected well in three countries we visited no complaints. When we go back to USA, I placed the unit aside for a couple of months. One day decided I wanted to see if device was still functioning, meaning the free data deposited each months was still active? I switched the unit on and was puzzled, no data connection? I reached out customer service via email and received a response, If I recall the very same day and only a few hour later. The representative review my account and explained that during my initial purchased I was presented with two options to receiving my data. Simple request and now my without having to reach out to customer service, my free data automatically accumulate as advertised! And, if and when I decide data is necessary for future trips overseas< I just need to reach out to customer service and provide time frame of my trip and location so that appropriate data accumulated for the country region is converted. Additionally, I would have the option to buy additional data if needed as well. Very happy with the Globlinker. data is quick, accessibility/connection is relatively and surprisingly reliable! Lastly, what do have lose? The initial investment cost is almost nothing if you compare to internet from some of the hotel internet options. Plus, good luck if you're relying on free connectivity at any coffee shops or book store, etc. With Globlinker, just power on, wait unit the connectivity bar appears and you're online!

Works great with Google Voice. Where was this hotspot in 2018? I'm done with cell service.

I am not regret to buy this device and no commitment with those postpaid plan. And the recession is better than my mobile device service provider. In fact I have recommend my friend too .

It's actually a lifesaver for me. My unit is in the countryside and I was never able to get any reception so missed a lot of work related calls and emails. I would have to walk down the road in wind amd rain to get a signal. I now leave my Globlinker in the van outside and my phone will connect to it inside the unit allowing me to receive communications as normal. Battery life is fine, it has a nice form, it feels well made, its not overly complicated and I like the fact there's an account i can log into. For what I paid its actually amazing and cant believe that everyone doesn't have one, or why the technology isn't built into every mobile phone as a backup!

A great little device as it's been working when we have needed it. We'll be using it for our next trip which is China next year, or use it if we need when out and about as I keep it in my handbag at all times.
