Globlinker WiFi services have been easy and reliable. So far we have used it in Iceland and Morocco and are banking up hours for our next vacation.

My experience so far has been excellent in terms of both coverage and service. I encountered a minor problem with registration and the free lifetime data, but the helpful agents quickly resolved it. They were very prompt in responding to emails and questions. I strongly recommend this service!

We really appreciate the recommendation, Jim! 🙌 Glad our team could quickly sort out the registration and lifetime data for you. Great coverage backed by responsive support is exactly what we aim for. Thank you for choosing Globlinker! 😊

I bought the Globlinker device because of the 2GB of data per month. At first, I didn't understand how that worked. After the initial 10GB, on the actual Hotspot I would only see 1GB. I contacted support and they were prompt and helpful. The 2GB is given in 1GB blocks. When the first is used, the next automatically activates. When a month goes by with no usage, these 1GB blocks (2 each month) are put into the account as inactive, but ready to use. I could log into my account online and see this in the "customer portal." Again, I didn't really understand everything I was seeing in my account online, but the customer service rep was wonderful and explained it very well. I also like that I can buy more data. The Hotspot works very well. I have a fast enough connection to do what I need to do.

Really appreciate you sharing this, Tony! 🙌 It’s great to know the 2GB monthly data system makes sense now and that our team was able to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, we’re happy Globlinker is delivering the speed and connection you need. Enjoy all that banked data! 😊

Customer service is impressive! I had a few problems initially as I’m not very tech savvy but had no problem getting in touch from Thailand and have been using my globlinker when there’s no WiFi around no problem at all . I’d definitely recommend it.
Response from GloblinkerAug 31, 2026
From Thailand with no WiFi around, that’s when Globlinker really comes in handy! 🇹🇭😊 We’re glad our team could make everything easy for you, Elizabeth. Thank you for recommending us!

I was slightly apprehensive at first but was soon convinced that I'd made the right decision to purchase from Globelinker. It's been used a couple of times whilst away in our campervan where it's come into its own and purchased for this very reason where there has been a lack of WiFi. A brilliant piece of kit and highly recommended.
Response from GloblinkerAug 31, 2026
Nothing better than putting it to the test and seeing it deliver! 🚐 We’re glad Globlinker has already proved useful on your campervan trips, especially when WiFi isn’t available. Thanks for the recommendation!

Works very reliably when my phone’s hotspot is slow or won’t connect, and the customer service is phenomenal. The internet connection is stable and fast (typically >200-300 Mbps) even when my phone can’t get service. Their customer service is very helpful and friendly, and always responds to emails quickly. I’ve gotten a lot more use out of my Globlinker than I anticipated when I bought it and I’ve been impressed by its performance.

What a fantastic review , thank you! 💙 It means a lot to know Globlinker has exceeded your expectations, both in performance and support. Getting a stable connection when your phone struggles is exactly where the device can make a real difference. We appreciate having you with us!

I used Globlinker while I was in Alaska. It worked well in Denali National Park and in some remote areas when the internet connection was very weak. I strongly recommend this product.
