First, the customer service is OUTSTANDING! Any questions about setup, data plans or issues were met with a quick response, usually within 30 minutes if not faster, with a quick simple resolution. Second, the data plans offer a great variety of data/days no matter your trip duration and they’re easy to purchase. Just be mindful when a purchased plan will activate based on your destination. Third, the device works flawlessly! Turn it on, scan the QR code to get connected and forget about it. It’s that easy! In fact, it worked so well I ordered a second device for Japan so we could explore on our own. If you’re trying to decide on a data and internet solution for an upcoming trip look no further than Globlinker. You won’t regret it!

We own a campervan. Bought the globLinker to go to a festival with poor mobile signal. globLinker worked well. I bought 20gb North America and Canada package. Even on a cruise ship going down St Lawrence river with land in site but far away we had signal as we didn't buy WiFi pack on board was added bonus. After getting home to UK bought a 200gb Pack as our network is hit and miss. Have to use WiFi calling alot. The customer support team are very helpful with setting up the device and very quick to answer questions if there are any queries. Their prices are very competitive and good value for money. Will not be buying any Sims for travelling again.

I obtained the globlinker device in April 2026 and have used it when traveling. So far so good! I appreciate the convenience.

I use the GlobLinker to provide WiFi capability for my car. Its a great device that provided continuous coverage, with zero dropout (unlike when I connect using my phone as WiFi hot-spot). The only time I had to reach out to the support team met with extremely rapid response. I fully recommend this product

We bought this device for going abroad. This is the first holiday we’ve used it for a Norwegian cruise & it’s been faultless. Myself & my husband can connect to it at the same time. You can’t use it whilst sailing on the ship, but once you’re in port it picks up the strongest signal. We will also use it in the UK when we start caravanning. Heard there are some remote spots, where this device will aid it. The customer service has been excellent & respond very quickly to all the questions I have asked & I have asked a lot. I would recommend this device 100%

We got this device for ballgame scoring since we need extra devices to score and also record the games, so used an old, non-data-connected phone to make it work. This has worked really well and been so easy to use, also allowing to keep our actual phone for communication. We love the data we get every month. The customer service is the best part though - very prompt and helpful. We also look forward to using this internationally when we travel. No complaints and glad we can use this service

It is working great! I am just saving it for when I will need it to operate my thermostat when I am away from home mainly. Or if I need it for something else.
