Hi Arreonne, thank you for the feedback. We checked your account. The cancellation was started on September 29 but not completed: the final confirmation step was never submitted, so the subscription stayed active and renewed on October 6. It was cancelled later that day, after the renewal. The email you received on September 29 was the renewal confirmation, not a cancellation confirmation. Some employers' application forms include steps that only the candidate can complete, so not every application can be submitted automatically. We've followed up with you directly by email.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience with both the platform and our customer support did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustration, particularly regarding the renewal charge, the lack of billing reminders, and your refund request after cancelling. Clear communication around subscriptions and billing is important, and we appreciate you highlighting these concerns. As far as we see, your order has been refunded in full after your request, so hope that this resolves this issue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with irrelevant job recommendations, billing after cancellation, and the email address associated with your account. We also want to clarify that your case has since been reviewed and a full refund of the renewal has already been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this situation to our attention.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had negative experience with your subscription. As per our records, you had two separate subscriptions, and only one of them was canceled, which is why you were still charged despite canceling one of the subscriptions previously. We've refunded the two charges that occurred after the first subscription cancelation. We hope that this resolves this issue. We'll continue working on improving the subscription management experience to ensure that such cases don't happen in the future.
