This company never fulfills their promises. The model of renewal fees and other subscription type of fees is pretty absurd. Customer service is completely lacking of intelligence and general customer relations processing. If you're seeking to be a travel agent, this is Not the place to sign up.

Definitely cheated me out of 5 perks that was promised several times over the phone for myself after adding my brother and upgraded to platinum! Will be going somewhere else and sending people somewhere else. When calling to complain the guy was laughing

Very frustrating booking experience. Every hotel I try to book through Global Travel gives me a message saying there are no rate offerings available for my dates and room occupancy, even when the hotel appears to have availability elsewhere. The cruise website is also very difficult to use because it keeps loading and never opens. I signed up expecting a reliable travel-agent booking system, but I’m having a hard time actually finding and booking hotels or cruises. I hope Global Travel can fix these website and availability issues because it makes the service very difficult to use. If you want, I can make it more serious and stronger, especially since you are paying for/using Global Travel as a travel agent.

If I could I would give this company less than one star. I have been trying to get my money back from a flight that was canceled on 8/17. It is now 9/9. The agent is no help and she actually told me the wrong info on how to cancel the flight. All I hear is that I have to wait for the refund. Not sure why when they were quick to take out the money. I just found out that the airline has refunded the money to a visa which does not belong to me. I have proof of this refund.

Global travel is not worth your time or money. I registered to become a travel agent with this company, and it turned out to be a disaster. You cannot be an independent travel agent under this company; you have to call them for everything when you book your clients. There is no way to see their bookings. When you email the client copies, they will not receive them unless you call and speak to someone to send the client their copies. Asking the operators questions is a waste of time because no one is knowledgeable enough and they just keep transferring you to other people. I had to call them over 10 times a day. This company is so outdated, and you have to pay for everything (meaning all the travel websites they offer).

I had a very negative experience with GT. Their customer service is extremely poor, with little to no support—responses can take months. I strongly advise against signing up as a travel agent with them. Based on my experience, commissions were not paid as expected! I spent nearly a year working with them and received only about 10% of payments despite paying for the Platinum package, which was supposed to provide a 90% commission!! I hope the appropriate authorities review these complaints and investigate the situation further!
