GlobalTelReviews of globaltel.com

This is a scam. It is the WRONG Global Tel. You want Global Tel Link. Don’t get scammed out of your money! They won’t refund! I’ve contacted the FTC. It’s that bad!!!

Terrible company, do not use. Requested a credit since person no longer in jail, was advised it would take 5 days, it's not 3 weeks later. No response.

Uzas iskustvo..

This company is a SCAM!!!! Called them to let them know they charged my card $49.99 and I wanted my money back and she said they will send it to their billing department. I told her I wanted to speak with the billing department but she would not transfer me. SCAM! SCAM!!!!!!!

Scam! I canceled 5 minutes later and they only refunded me $30 from my 49.99. I’m livid! It’s a scam don’t trust this company

Service sucks ! A 20-30 min call $3 & $4 if u upload money by phone while your love one on call they take $7.67 and don't reimburse you for another following call. One call is $7.67 while your love one is on the call and you managed to come through before being disconnected and if the call breaks up u won't be refunded at all.

If I could give them minus 5 stars if I would. I errored as I thought this was GlobalTellink. I realized I had sent 49.99 to the wrong company. I requested a refund within 5 minutes. After several emails from them requesting that I give them a try. They agreed to refund $30 charging me a $19.95 set up charge. Not a stand up company. They like ripping off senior citizens.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! THEIF THEIF THEIF!!! LIAR LIAR LIAR!!! I THINK THAT COVERS IT!!!
