I signed up a contract with Global Refund Inc since June 2022. The company assigned a case manager to handle my case with professionalism. Initially, I was very impressed with their attitude, patient and advice on how to proceed with all the necessary informations and documents to write to each bank. First, the case manager sent me a long letter template to send to my banks, unfortunately, it doesn't work. Secondly, she asked me for the bitcoin transactions details n again it doesn't work. After that, the contract ends and I need to top up upfront money again to extend my contract. So it was a very trying and challenging time for me to decide whether to continue the contract. After much searching and google for Global Refund Inc reviews from different portals, the final result is their success rate is low. Lastly, my advice is...be careful n alert when communicating with them. They are very professional in handling human emotion when you are in a frustrated mode.

I lost a lot of money, most of my savings, from a very elaborate crypto investment scam from a group of scammers from Sept to Dec 2022. Previously, distraught from losing my money, I chose the first recovery provider I found online. Unfortunately, one month into the contract I felt I was being taken for a ride. The case manager was not timely in responding, calls were missed and there was no update and clarity on what was being done. During the period after I was scammed, I went through a very difficult time, with my family, health and business affected. This was made worst by the poor service I received. I had thought of giving up but decided to turn to Global Refund after speaking to Ronald Mugora. Ronald patiently explained my options, what I need to do and how the company can assist me. There was a clear roadmap in how I can try to recover my lost funds, or at least a plan which I could understand. I chose Global Refund on my own accord. The team support has so far been very good and the people I work with at Global Refund has been a difference that I appreciated. Ronald provided support on the first steps of the journey. He constantly went out of his way and was always checking with me, providing me with updates and making sure that there nothing left undone. I am extremely grateful to Ronald for his friendship and his unflinching dedication and support. I am also appreciative of my case manager Catherine Sandoval. I found her to be quick thinking, responsible and professional. Her experience and knowledge were evident in her counsel to me – particularly in explaining to me the recovery process, obstacles scam victims face and the next or alternate course of action we can take. I always felt assured when speaking with her. It's been 6 months and unfortunately my case is still pending. I have found the negotiations and process in trying to recover my funds extremely complex, arduous and frustrating. This is no fault of Global Refund. There are many actors and parties, based in different countries and regions, who play a role in resolving my situation. What's important is how Global Refund can help me find the best path in getting the most effective result. I am grateful and satisfied by the support from Global Refund and am appreciative of everything Ronald and Catherine have done to date. I remain hopeful that Global Refund and the team I work with can continue to fight hard and help me in the recovery.

J'ai été victime de deux pseudo compagnies de crypto monnaie soit PoloniEx et Primespotway. Je suis sensé avoir gagné de l'argent (39K $US et 7K $US). Ils te demande de payer des frais pour retirer ton argent mais tu n'arrive pas à avoir cette argent et ils ont de ces technique de fraude. (...). Global Refund m'a assuré de récupérer mon argent. Monsieur Fabian Auclair fait un travail très professionnel dans ce qui est la préparation des lettres à envoyer aux parties prenantes. Ce que je n'avait pas compris, c'est que c'est moi qui doit faire face à ces parties prenantes alors que je croyais qu'après avoir payé les frais de procédure, cette tâche revenait à Global Refund. Monsieur Auclair est très disponible aussi pour m'assister et répondre à mes questions. Il est aussi patient dans ses rapports avec moi. Je vais espérer récupérer mon argent à l'issue de la procédure. Je retiens une étoile pour simplement exprimer la gène que j'ai ressentie à être obligé d'aller défendre moi-même mon cas auprès de ces parties prenantes notamment ma banque et, dans une certaine mesure, la police qui suis très bien mon dossier. Merci donc à Monsieur Auclair.

Le travail de Mr Auclair est très bon. Le dossier a été bien étudié et préparé et donne une impression d'un travail sérieux et documenté. Le tout inspire que cette procédure doit être efficace et fait porter des résultats positifs.
