I had a deeply disappointing and extremely frustrating experience with Global Publishing Network. I initially reached out to publish my book online after a friend recommended them. That decision quickly turned into a nightmare. The book was published on Amazon with multiple errors, and despite repeatedly requesting corrections, I had to follow up several times before anything was even partially fixed—after at least three failed attempts on their end. On top of that, I ordered 400 printed copies through them. One month later, I still had nothing. When I contacted them to ask for an update, they told me I had “cancelled the order,” which is completely false and makes no sense. I never cancelled anything. Up to this day, I still have no books and no clear explanation. The level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. What’s even more shocking is seeing so many 5-star reviews, because my experience was the complete opposite. I genuinely feel misled and left without support. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this service based on what I went through.
