Three years ago had such an encouraging conversation with Rogelio. He promised white glove treatment for my citizenship quest, where for a premium sum up front they would perform all the work using their expertise and experience. Three years and several thousand dollars later I am barely closer, and where I am it's through my own work, work they had promised and been paid to perform. From their revolving door of people and AI email bots, to their broken promises, missed scheduled conference calls, false and incomplete and misleading information, this is the worst consumer experience I've had. If you are persistent in trying to contact them, they may get back to you and apologize and promise you are their top priority, only to be soon ignored yet again. I suggest searching bbb and red dit and goo gle reviews, and ignore fake reviews. Also search reviews for alternate names: "Global RCG Inc 2261 Market Street San Francisco, CA 94114" and "Global RCG Inc 240 Crandon Boulevard Ste 240 Key Biscayne, FL 33149 " After all the glowing promises from Rogelio before money was paid, I never heard from him again, despite my emails and phone calls. Run away.

The saving grace for mine and my family’s passport process was Daniel. We had a rocky start with the company and were passed around a few times to various agents with limited contact, until finally we were put in Daniel’s care and our timeline then took off. He was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and always happy to jump on a call. He seemed to genuinely care about this process for us as if it were his own which we greatly appreciated. If it wasn’t for Daniel I’m not sure we would have ended up with our passports. Thank you Daniel for all of your help!!!
