Extreme scam - BE WARNED! They deleted my previous review with my experience listed in detail… but be warned…. They are willing to spend more time documenting a fight than actually doing any productive work. You will not spend your money wisely here. I invested over $20,000 and only received a headache in return. 6 months set back from our goal - luckily our CC company reimbursed us with all of our documentation. Karma is real and Rogelio will become a very unwell and unfortunate man. His previous company was Global RCG and he dissolved to hide all his bad reviews and BBB complaints. (Which of course left all his “open cases” hanging and left for naught. Not an honorable path. Disgusting human that will smile when taking your money. Tries to play the “bro” card and “it’s cool” not a professional at all. A ghetto fool trying on big boy clothes.. failing miserably and it will catch up with him in life. RUN FAR AWAY

ZERO results after 3 years and $5,750 Paid Global RCG / GlobalPassport $5,750 in December 2022 for Slovak citizenship services. Written contract. Money-back guarantee. After 36 months: no documents accepted, no application filed, no real guidance. Co-founder Tate Worswick personally signed a document for my application that the Slovak government later confirmed is not accepted and never was. I flew from Oregon to New York for a consulate appointment they never bothered to confirm was still active. When I demanded my guaranteed refund in November 2025, they acknowledged it and went silent. In January 2026, CEO Rogelio Cáceres sent a mass closure email saying they can’t issue refunds — while a successor company had already been quietly incorporated months earlier at the same address. They ignored ICDR arbitration proceedings entirely. Complaints filed with FTC, Florida AG, California AG, and Oregon DOJ. If you’re considering this company or any successor under Rogelio Cáceres or Tate Worswick — including GlobalCitizens.co — do not give them a dollar.

Global gave a money back guarantee for my Italian citizenship. They said they would help acquire documents, Apostilles, translation services etc. They never followed through and stole my money. Now none of the phone numbers, emails, or websites work.

I had a telephone interview with Sr. Rogelio (a supposed lead attorney), and their services sounded good. After checking out their reviews on Trustpilot, I purchased the Global Passport services in September 2025. I signed up for their all-in package, where I would provide all the info I had, but after that, they would do whatever research was needed, do all the submissions, have the Italian attorneys, the magistrate/judges in Italy, and run the entire proceeding; I would just take a backseat and wait. Each month I was supposed to get a status update and make another payment until the entire bill was paid. I did not get a call from them in December 2025, but my bank account was drafted $1600 (the scheduled amount). I called them and left a VM saying that we needed to reschedule the call. No return call. I emailed them. No reply. I called again. VM. Emailed again. Silence. Emailed again, but this time stated that since they were not responding to my calls nor emails I was reporting them to my bank as fraud. That caught their attention. Suddenly, they replied to my email. Dear XXX, we regret to inform you that "due to circumstances beyond our control we have been losing money and have had to close down our offices and cannot refund any clients..."Interesting, because if they charged all their clients money up front pre-pay as they did myself, they did not have any out of pocket expenses. So no...NOT JUST MINOR INCONVENIENCE!!!!FRAUD!!!

My name is Brittany Turner and I am in the process of documenting experiences to initiate a class action suit. I have created a Facebook group for interested parties to connect. Also, proceed with caution - he is continuing to engage in this line of business using companies under different names and registered in different states throughout the US. I’ve filed complaints with government agencies in the states I’ve identified thus far. Additional information can be found in the group.

This company is a fraud. In 2023, they took my $7000. to help me with my Italian citizenship which I qualified for because my father was born in Italy and never naturalized. I just wanted them to take care of the process since I am busy working full time. Initially, they were very involved with the process, collecting docuements, updating me on a regular basis etc. STarting in 2025 the communication with them was sparce and in October of 2025 after my last plea with Tate and Kaila, they stopped all communcation with me and I never heard another word. I tried to file a complaint with the BBB but they are not part of the BBB and although BBB tried to help me and reached out to them, Global Passport never responded to them. Now I am out $7000 and an unfinished citizenship in process. Does anyone know if there is a class action lawsuit taking place? I have to imagine that this scenario happened to several people out there who are down and out of $$$ and no final product. I did file a complaint with the Federal Trace Commissioner and waiting to hear back from them.

Signed up with them in January 2024 to have myself and my father granted dual Italian citizenship. Initially everything went well, especially because I had already done all the groundwork to get all the documents and only hired Global Passport to get it past the finish line for us. We were almost there until the laws changed last spring and that's when everything seemed to go off the rails. Lots of the same, "our legal team is working on your case" emails from our agent, Kaila. I even reamed Tate out on a zoom call because they had dropped the ball with getting out case in court on time (we had everything ready, but they dragged their feet with the POA). But at that point, there was nothing really alarming to tip me off that we weren't on track. Now, I am getting kick-back emails saying, "Global RCG Inc. (operating as GlobalPassport) ceased all operations in January 2026. As communicated in notices sent on January 14 and January 15, 2026, this inbox is no longer monitored.Global RCG does not maintain client document archives and is not in a position to transfer, return, or forward any materials.All documents and data that were in company systems or temporary custody are being securely destroyed in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. The company has no remaining resources with which to continue operations or issue refunds. We are unable to respond to inquiries. This is an automated message. Replies will not be received." I never received any kind of notice of the shutdown, and Kaila's LinkedIn has disappeared (was it ever real?!). Anywho - I am currently disputing this fraud with my credit card. What really makes me most upset, is how excited I was to be a dual citizen and that has felt like it was ripped away. How can people can be this awful to pull a con like this.

Too Little Too Late - This concerns Italian Dual Citizenship - "Fast Track" One reason we signed up with Global Passport and transferred a large sum of money to them was that we thought they could do things more efficiently for us. They were slow, always needing prompting by us to get to the next step. We tried to be patient, but in the end their sluggishness cost me my eligibility. They said thtat in 4-6 months we would have citizenship. After 4 months, everything was finally available for my application to be submitted. If it had been submitted just days before, I would have been eligible. Of course, no one knew that the law would be changing on that date, but if they had done things efficiently, I would have nothing to say. Also, beware--I'm not sure they knew anything that I didn't know (which is why I was hiring them). I found out that I could save weeks of waiting by going to get paperwork in person. They not know this. We took things into our own hands and went in person to a few offices and got documents much faster. I wish I had done that digging a little sooner instead if sitting back thinking they they would do what was best for me. By the way, I let them know from the beginning that I was hoping to get to the point of having my application in as quickly as possible to be able to get residency based on that. I never held them accountable for getting the actual citizenship within any amount of time. But I was clear that I wanted my application in as soon as possible. It's been a over a year now since I started with them. The latest slap in the face is getting no answer whatsoever from them to even let me know if they are still in business, if they can refund at least some of my money, nothing.
