Don’t even think about buying anything though this company. It is a scam to get your money into their accounts and then take forever to refund your money!!!!!!

This is the worst golf store to buy clubs First time placed a for XXOO eleven used iron excellent set on their web site on 9/30/23. Since I have not heard from them for 3 days (10/04)23) called them about my order and representative told they did have them and he cancelled my order and refunded my money Again they advertised the clubs in excellent condition on 1/09/2023 so I called the representative to make sure they are available and he promised me they will ship them next if I order that day which I did.As of today no information about my order so I called him again to find out what happened to my order.He gave me the same answer that he didn’t have clubs I questioned him if they don’t have the clubs why did they take my order and Charged my credit card I was very upset about deceptive advertisement and I told them that I will make a complaint to BBB about their false advertisement Don’t believe in their advertisements as this company is useless

I have bought from global golf three or four times and shipping was great. This last time I bought it has taken 13 to 14 days to get my purchase which I’m still waiting on. So if you buy from them be very patient on get your purchase. For me I’m done dealing with this company.

I placed an order for $2000, confirmed the order next day order cancelled. Called to ask why, some security concern, was told to reorder with different card, I did next day order cancelled. Tried a third time and contacted customer service asked to be contacted should there be any issues, not response and guess what order cancelled 2 days later. This company lost a $2000 order, btw I have used my credit cards at multiple online suppliers and have NEVER had a problem. Company is badly run, not able figure out how to resolve a 'security' concern and the customer service is obviously non existent or they would have done something to complete a $2000 order. Dummies!!!

Ordered my boyfriend a specific club he had liked from this site. Ordered it specifically in time for his vacation he had coming up so he could enjoy some free time with that. I purchased the club and the club that came was not the club advertised in the picture. They say they just use that picture as stock photos and I need to click the specific one I want. If I am clicking on a certain picture linked to the site and purchase it , that is exactly what i expect to be shipped. Useless ! Go somewhere else!

Bought used clubs. One of orders delivered was not satisfiable and problematic. I requested a return. They charged me a shipping and later I found their refund amount was not correct. (less amount). I asked them to fix it and they admitted it. I decided not to shop any longer at Globalgolf.

Their customer services have gone from okay to zero existence. I never receive any email inquiries and their auto bot just redirects and never connects to an actual person. Orders are going through fine but if you have an issue, good luck connecting with somebody.

They shipped my product a day late even with expedited shipping($40 USD) and guaranteeing delivery within the 2-3 days. I can't view their reviews within their website with the "View All Reviews" at the bottom of each product because it's not a hyperlink. It's literally just text turned blue to make you believe it's a link. The club feels and plays like it's not a genuine TaylorMade product; if you told me it was a fake/knock off I would believe you.
