Shipping is horrible!!! Customer service have no knowledge of your orders. Will never purchase another item from them!!

I ordered 1 driver thats it. I didnt order anything else. They sent the wrong 1. Had to wait 15 mins on hold only to be told i have to bring box to FedEx. Go to FedEx and show the workers the label and im told they dont print there and they need a QI code. Once again 15 mins on hold only to be told FedEx drop off doesnt know what they re talking about. So i ran to a printshop and printed label and back to drop off. The club itself looked good but they wrapped driver head in a mesh sock and it was ripped with holes. BUYER BEWARE

I purchased a PXG 3 wood from Global Golf Canada and 3 days later my oder was cancelled with no reason or explanation given. I called to enquire about this and was hung up on. This is not a company I could recommend to do business with.

Tried selling me a demo Cobra Aerojet hybrid saying it was like brand new. Actual photos it was trashed on top line. Had adjustable hosel which their not sold stock that way. No way to know if it would perform like stock shafted hybrid. They also don't accept messages. Buyer beware. Their not selling what their showing

Did not actually ship the clubs although they claimed they did,Cant reach chat or customer service as it is really just a recorded add,I would not advise buying anything from this company if it is one

They say they have the "best return policy in the industry" but it is STORE CREDIT, not a refund, plus no credit for shipping AND they charge a $9.99 fee. I do not recommend!

Don't order from global golf through Amazon. I ordered golf shoes ladies size 8.5. They showed up as ladies size 6! I called global golf and they said it's not their problem it's Amazon's problem and also that Amazon sucks. I now have to go out of my way to print a shipping label and mail these shoes back with the hope for a refund of the $92.00 Canadian I spent. buyer beware!

They say you can return clubs in 90 days if you don't like them, but beware you will not get your money back on a card, only as a store credit, which is ridiculous. They also charge you $9.99 for the return shipping and you have to eat whatever shipping it cost to be sent to you in the first place. So instead of the original $234 I paid, I got back a mere $191. Which is only store credit anyway. Horrible refund policy. I will use my credit and then never order from them again.
