My first purchase was seemless and received in NZ within 7 days thanks to regular updates from DHL. My second order was sent over a week ago and hasnt even looked like left the supplier yet!! I have resquested updates from customer service with no reply. It is like they will provide good service first up, suck you into a second order and then leave you hanging. Hero to zero in my opinion and I am no troll !!
