I should have checked the ratings before buying from this online retailer. I purchased a custom Ping Le4 women’s driver and fairway wood. The website described the club as “standard” length but did not clearly disclose the actual length . When the driver arrived, it appeared substantially longer than expected and the "-.5 from standard" led to an unplayable club. More concerning than the lack of transparency regarding the club-length was the unprofessional customer service. Despite multiple interactions, I have received neither a definitive approval nor a clear resolution. Promises to return calls or email follow-up have never been fulfilled. I would have expected the representatives to a be a little more nimble in offering exchanges or some level of store credit.

I've always been satisfied in past purchases however, I returned a driver and it was signed for over a week ago and I have yet to receive any credit in my account. I called the store, no help. I called customer service, again no help. I doubt I'll be doing any business with them in the future.

Worst customer service. Paid 500$ for Very good condition driver Taylordmade that had only launched 4months prior, 10 months later the face pops out (known issue), they wouldn't do anything and said sorry, after 90days your 500$ could explode and it wouldn't be covered.

7 Days after FedEx confirmed Global Golf received my trade-in, the Global Golf website still says "shipped". They are just not the same company they were a year or so ago. Not sure if the company was sold, but it's hard to do business with them now. Customer service (if you get through) can do NOTHING to help you.

Terrible customer service and worse clubs. I bought clubs in “very good condition” and they came in worse shape then my 25 year old clubs. I’d recommend finding a different place to shop.

They have zero quality control. Bought a used driver from them. It came with a broken shaft. They did send a new defective one after. Head cracked after playing with it only a handful of times over the next 6 months. They take no accountability. It is clear from the other reviews that they send faulty products extremely often. Shame on me for not checking beforehand.

Do not buy from Globalgolf. They are fraudulent. They posted a Holiday price on a club. I accepted the price. They charged my credit card the full retail price which was much higer.

Beware shoppers in Canada. They are totally dishonest and untrustworthy. Do not expect the quality of the items to be as advertized, their mistakes will cost you money. Refunds are never full, they "mistakenly" use the USD prices, even though it clearly tells you the CAD price when you order it and then when you see your actual charge on your credit card, it converts the USD price to the CAD cost so you land up paying about 40% more. We called them less than 10 minutes after we made the purchase and their office was closed, and when we finally reached them, they said that cancellations have to be made in a 15 minute window. Terrible customer service, don't be fooled by their so called policies of fairness and honesty.
