Dishonest and terrible customer service. I would not spend a dime at Global Golf Canada. Trade in bonuses are misleading and discounts exclude anything good. Check out Golf Avenue if your looking for golf clubs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for a new set of irons in April. The expected shippind date of May came and went. I emailed and called multiple times (they never reached out with updates), and was told multiple times it will be a week this, a week that. It is not August and the latest update is that I will not be getting them until November. I live in Minneapolis, and an entire golf seaon is gone. I understand there are things out of their control, but I have never experienced such a lack of responsibility and customer service from a company in any field.

I purchased a iron only to have it shipped via FedEx pacelpost. When it went to FedEx it sat at the location 10days without moving. When I questioned why FedEx said it was the shipper and how it was sent. Said will take 15-20days to arrive. Never will I buy from them again!

This is my third and last order ever with Global Golf. There's plenty of other retailers out there that care about their customers and whether they come back. My personal view and experience is that once Global Golf has your money they couldn't care less about the customer. Bought US$1200 irons, took 6 weeks to arrive because they shipped with FEDEX when there were published service delays. No help from Global Golf to get the shipment expedited, I had to get help from FEDEX Australia otherwise it would still be sitting in the US. Once the irons arrived, I opened the box to find they had been thrown in the box with no protection at all. When I emailed a picture of the packaging and complained to customer service, they ignored it completely. When I raised it again I got this reply. "We ship to over 100 countries, sorry the packaging wasn't to your expectations". What an arrogant, self centred reply. For me this demonstrates exactly the problem with Global Golf attitude to their customer, once they have the money and the order is shipped, customer care and service is not important. Such a shame, because there is a place for their business model, with a customer centric focus. Putting the customer last is not a smart business strategy.

I submitted an order which I wanted to cancel. Global Golf "claimed" they could not cancel the order because it was too far along in the order process and blamed TaylorMade. I received the club 3 weeks later!. Their return policy is questionable [I have not tested it] because they state if you order a custom club, they will not take it back. The only way to order a TaylorMade driver is to specify right/left, shaft, grip etc so it is a custom club by their definition. I would recommend you shop PGA Store or another online retailer more interested in customer satisfaction.

Received my set of irons and found the 5 iron to be almost a full inch shorter than it should be so now my 5 iron is shorter than my 6 iron. Looks like they put new grips on however the golf pride align grips are not "aligned". Also did not receive all the discounts they were showing on their website. Paid over $700 for a used set of irons and still had to pay shipping. Also right after purchasing with the advertised 10% discount they are suddenly offering 15% discount. Obviously this company does not care about the bad ratings they are getting because it shows they never try to correct issues for their customers.
