GlobalGolfReviews of globalgolf.com

Finally writing a review after the same experience over and over. Global Golf keeps sending me discount codes to use for items purchased on the site. I have tried four different items and each time I get a messge of "This item not discount eligible." That's OK I guess, but then they follow up with emails offering a discount on the item I have in my cart even showing a picture of the item I have in my cart, and when I go back to use the code I get the same "This item not discount eligible." Over and over. Classic bait and switch to get you to the site. Don't trust them.

Started using Globalgolf for international delivery during C19 around May 2020. Service was good, delivery smooth and even though it wasn’t exactly a bargain I thought they were useful. Now several orders and 2 years later its a complete messy. Ordered 3 clubs on 25th Aug, now almost a month later they still haven’t shipped. First, they claimed that they didn’t have a grip (took them 3 weeks+) to figure this out. Then they charged me an additional $70 without giving any reason. When I called (second time) they agreed there was an error and said they would look into it. A day later they said there was an error, and they would refund. By then I had already told them that the delay wasn’t helpful and they should cancel if the costing had changed after the order. Called the third time to check on the order on 19th Sept expecting progress. Still not shipped so I cancelled the order. Just to summarize – wrong billing, wrong charge, 3 calls and significant delay. Ended up calling a 4th time as they had not refunded amount. In the end I just disputed the credit card charge with my bank. During all of this, not a word of apology or attempt to do damage control. Global Golf you just lost a loyal customer. PS – going by the reviews I am not the only one. Be careful when ordering from Globalgolf as they are unreliable.

F-ing joke of a seller. They don’t actually sell any new clubs or carry inventory and simply up charge you for placing an order through the club maker and then have the clubs drop shipped to you. All this leads to weeks and months of extra time spent waiting for a product you could have ordered for yourself or bought at a retailer with items in stock. No ability to check order status beyond their excuse that COVID is delaying shipments even a year after that was actually true. This company is a joke.

Sent me the wrong club. Now I have to pack, label and ship it back. Unable to give any future discount or credit for the inconvenience.

Dishonest, Rude, Rip-Off, Lazy. The best way to describe GG. Returns are easy…until you want paid! Get ready to revive .4 on the dollar. Orders take forever to actually ship. Customer service(if you are lucky to get someone to answer) sucks!!!!!

For some reason 3 Balls golf isn’t working here, probably because it’s so poorly rated the site crashed over subpar reviews. Don’t ever trade with these guys. Their “used equipment” is all in “great”. condition and what you trade in is “poor” and then they’ll return it and charge you for the return after taking about 3 weeks to do it. Don’t buy shat from them, you’ll be sorry you did.

Mad as hell, paid for next day shipping and see it was only collected today when it should be delivered today. How crooked is it to make people pay for next day shipping and when your asked why you blame Covid. Stop blaming Covid, own up and be a responsible company.

I’ve purchased a number of clubs from Global Golf Canada over the past few years. When I’ve had to deal with customer service, generally it’s been a positive experience with an adequate solution to the problem. On Jan 12/22, I spoke with “Tony” in order to obtain a club head cover that was promised with a certified preowned fairway wood that was not in the box when it arrived. (second time in recent orders). He was disinterested, attempted to explain the incident away, and was vague in the solution. He said that he would arrange for one to be couriered within several days. On Jan 26/22 I called back and learned that “Tony” had not processed the order. Normally, the customer service reps are great - not this time. It’s likely the last time I order anything from Global Golf Canada. Thanks “Tony”. Golf Town preowned has always delivered on their orders and their promises.
