I didn’t even use it I randomly logged in and found a spot that the alert didn’t even send to me.

Hey there! Apologies this happened, this is very odd for us. There are a few reasons this might happen, such as the interview being an hour into the future. Most people can't make appointments that soon, so we filter them out. We're conducting a full investigation into what happened here and why it didn't alert you. Regardless, we just sent you a full refund! Thank you for the helpful feedback. Safe travels!

I was very happy to pay the $25 to expedite an appointment. I received the notifications an it would not let me confirm by clicking the button that said except this appointment. I received several appt times over various day an I still do not have an appointment. It has been a very frustrating experience. I am now going to drive the 25 miles to the site an hoping I can get help or make an appointment with them.
