Finally got an appointment

I was able to schedule an interview within an hour of signing up. Great work!

Their tips on getting the appointment definitely helped. Clicking on the texts promptly, without delay, makes a difference. Also, actually logging into your account immediately to grab the appt gets you in there and the process to go through. I’m certain I would not have gotten the appointment without those texts. Charlotte is an absolute nightmare getting one. Thank you so much for helping me!

How fast my issue was resolved

It worked beyond my expectations. I was able to nail a cancelled appt and in person interview happened the next day.

I did not have to schedule through Global Entry Spotter but it was very helpful knowing that there were so many available appointments.

Honestly I didn’t end up using the services . Atlanta had a lot Of opening, however I’ll say paying the $20 for Someone that lives in a place that doesn’t have a lot of openings it is worth getting it because they do send notifications for openings. If you live in Atlanta area you might need This because we have a lot of openings.
