Every time an alert came over it wasn’t able to be completed. I decided to fly back internationally and do it upon arrival as your web site recommended.

The text screen you send to alert users to an appointment availability is VERY confusing. The word FOUND is ambiguous and should NOT show up until AFTER the appointment is scheduled. Upon initially getting a text alert a button should exist that says something like Proceed to Appointment Choice... that then shows the available options. Only after a confirmation is given that the appointment has been secured should a screen show up that cancels further services. Common sense would instead lable the "FOUND" button to say "CANCEL FURTHER SERVICE." This experience was EXTREMELY frustrating.

Took a year to get a renewal completed and I had to go in for an interview still. Not acceptable.

I’ll revise this review if anything changes, but so far there has not been ONE TIME attempting to secure an interview that has led to any success - and each time I have jumped on it immediately. Every time, the system simply tells me that CLT is booked up through the end of August. I’m already approved and signed in, and I travel 9/1. So far, not at all worth the fee.

Your alerts were bull****. Every time I went back to the site to schedule there was no corresponding opening.

I tried this service for 3 months and i was never able to make an appointment when I tried to walk in for an appointment they refused me even though 15 people had not shown up. They were very rude.
