It would be helpful if a time is booked that it is deleted from the alert system.

was notified of an opening, everything worked out, was able to be there and complete the process

I received many helpful alerts, and the company was kind enough not to send them overnight. However, receiving an alert did not enable me to actually book the appointment. I still had to go through the Global Entry website, which did not shown the times given.

Repeated Global alerts ( 8 in a day warned me there are spots available . If one or two alerts most probably no chance to get the spot in a specific location. Good luck.

Very efficient. Not sure about the $25 fee, but still helpful.
