You did fine , UPS took 2 days longer than needed .

Other than the long delay to get our ordered ship (over 10 days), the rest of the experience was good. The wire was what we wanted at a better price than our local supplier. The length was correct. The only issue was the length of time between placing our order and getting a confirmation of shipping and tracking. We had to phone the company to find out why we had not received any update on our order and if it was going to ship. This delay compounded our project timeline.

Easy to order quality wire online. Good email updates and arrived on the promised day. Packaged well and the delivery matched the order. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is that I was told to expect a call with an ETA but never received so the pallet sat out a few hours.

Great prices. Order was running late and I needed it by a certain date to complete my work. I requested that it be sent by overnight shipping and they complied. Greatly appreciated.

This was my second order this year, Customer Service was great and I will continue to use them.

The ship time was twice as long as quoted. Wire was as advertised after I got it. Shipping was refunded.

The price of the wire was good but shipping took longer than expected and I had to call a couple times to request status.
