It's been two weeks since I made my purchase. I chose a company in the same State as where I'm located, assuming that that would cut down on shipping times. I still have not received a tracking number or any notification that this is being processed. I'm starting to wonder if I've been scammed out of my money.

After placing the order and 5 emails to the store, it took 24 days for delivery, unexpected for this type of service from a company like them.

Still waiting for my cable. It says ships in 5 to 7 business days. What they don’t tell you is that it’s been processing for 12 days. Pricing is good but so slow.

I placed my order on June26th and today is July 14th. The product is yet to be shipped. If I do not get confirmation of shipping within the next couple of days, I will cancel the order and demand a refund.

Ordered wire about about 3 weeks ago. Have called several times. Add says 3 to 5 days service. Maybe tomorrow. We’ll see.

It has been over 5 business days since ordering my wire. No communication other than order in process. Finally chatted with a person at the company (and waiting over 5 minutes to have the person check my order) he said the order has been processed but no shipping information. Assuming the shipping takes a week, the entire order will have taken over 2 weeks for 150' of #6 wire, which is ridiculous. Status is supposedly checked through an app you have to download onto your phone, again, why should I have to install another app to check status from Global.
