I have to update my review. When I started taking this, I had gained 60 pounds and was tired all of the time. My weight has been constantly creeping up over the last 2 years and I have felt crappy. I have had brain fog and hot flashes and so many other negative symptoms. I had a hysterectomy at 29 and they left my pcos disturbed ovaries behind.
