I enjoy life again
I had a complete hysterectomy at 25, now at 58 I have been struggling. I have severe muscle and joint pain, hot flashes, headaches, mood swings, low energy and sex drive all from low estrogen levels. Estrogen supplements prescribed and herbal remedies you name it I've tried it, only to give partial relief. I was desperate for help as nothing has made me feel good, and I was losing hope. I have been using Over 30 Hormone Support, Meno belly flush, and total joint support for 120 days and I am starting to feel amazing. I have less muscle and joint aches. My energy levels, and sex drive is back. My headaches, mood swings and hot flashes are gone. I haven't lost any weight but I am feeling like I want to live.

Confirming It’s Awesomeness!
I'm just here to provide confirmation and testimony that this ACTUALLY WORKS!!! Oh, I am so0000000 grateful!!! I vowed to come back and leave a review for others if it helped. IT HELPS TREMENDOUSLY! Mood is balanced, hot flashes are gone, I'm getting a restful sleep again, and I actually feel relieved and relaxed like a "normal" calm person, and not at the ready too loose my isht.... It's literally been years since I felt this good! I was on bio identical HRT once upon a time, transitioning in/out of perimenopause. However, I then decided that with cancer on both sides of my family I personally chose not to take the risk, for myself, and have been miserable ever since, until now! Thank you, thank you, a million thank you for this!!! 😊🙏

Definite must have! Life changing!
Hello! I want to let you know that I feel absolutely amazing since taking the over 30. My period is now less painful and I sleep like a log. I told my sister about this product. She has been suffering with hot flashes and not sleeping at night. She hasn’t had hot flashes since taking this product and is finally sleeping at night. I will definitely be staying on this product! I’m 45 and been going through menopause…
I’m 45 and been going through menopause for 2 years Hot flashes every half hour and night sweats and mood swings you name it I was going through it. I had tried every supplement I could try for releif and nothing worked. I saw an advert for 30 hormonal support on facebook and after reading the reviews described to give a try so ordered 3 months supply been taking it for 9 days and after 6 days they reduced to less each day now all symptoms have vanished and I’m feeling myself again. Money well spent and would recommend to anyone going through hot flashes to give it a go.

12 days on Over 30 and 2.9kgs down
12 days on Over 30 supplement and 2.9kgs down with no change in diet or exercise! Along with significant ease of joint inflammation, hot flushes gone and I'm feeling so calm. I have tried so many other brands of hormone support and none have even come close to these, they are a total game changer! I've just ordered the Meno shred and can't wait to see the results at month end.

I am writing this review in reference to customer service. I was having issues redeeming my points(app and website just wouldn't work). After 2 emails of being told to do exactly what it was I had already been doing, I emailed one last time, begging for help.... finally got it and this person was spectacular! Redeeming my points for me, on what I want, and I need to worry NO MORE! Excellent customer service!!

Finally...RELIEF!!
I purchased the over 30 hormone support and I cannot tell you the relief I have gotten...I am soon to be 49 and my hot flashes have reduced by about 75%..My mood has been alot better as well...I have tried 2 other all natural supplements and these have been the best..The customer service is top notch as well!!

Gleeful supplements. I have loved every product I have used…
I have loved every product I have used from Gleeful. I currently have been taking O30HS for over 2 years and have had amazing results. I am a lifer for this supplement. I also take meno belly flusher and my stomach is much flatter than before I began this product. I am so glad that I have found this company and their supplements. I am at a very healthy weight now thanks to them!!
