I have started these O30HS 7 days ago. Day one i felt relief. Hip pain is decreased significantly, joint pain, decreased. I am falling asleep quicker at night. Anxiety decreased. Brain fog decreased. Hormonal Headaches, none so far. Little to no hot flashes. No Cold night sweats. Moodiness is decreased significantly. I feel good. Customer service was amazing. I was missing a bottle from my order and they shipped it immediately, the very next day i received it. They have emailed me with detailed instructions. I take 4 pills a day (2servings) because I am overweight. 200 lbs. I have tried many supplements for awhile now. Some just ok but none worked immediately like this has. Hoping to loose some meno belly soon. I am hopeful. Keep it up gleefull and I will be a lifetime customer. Keep the prices reasonable please so we can continue to afford it.
