Confusing payment system

I had a lot of trouble getting my paypal account to work . It's always a little cumbersome for me but I didn't see a clear path to use a visa card with out paypal. I never got a confirmation on your website for my purchase . I do see the Trans went thru on PayPal site and I got your confirmation email . whole thing took me 45 minutes. When I called on the phone agent was irritated and short but I got the information I needed from him. That call only took 60 seconds.

Y’all take forever to ship the glasses

I rated 3 stars as the site was easy to use. The proof will be in the delivery of the items purchased.

When you finish making an order, it says, "Share your positive experience to enter your name in our weekly contest." Isn't that bribery? Makes me very skeptical of all the positive reviews here, and makes me nervous about my order. That being said, the 3 stars here is just for my honest review of the shopping experience. While this website has great frames and prices, the ability to filter these frames needs major work. Instead of selecting a single measurement for width or bridge size, we need to be able to select a range. There also needs to be additional filter options added, such as material (metal, plastic, titanium, etc). It would also be nice if some cheaper unbranded options were added for transitions and sunglasses. I will either update this review or add another one when I get my order. Unfortunately most of the reviews here are from people who haven't received their glasses, which is not very helpful for potential shoppers! Edit: Forgot to mention one thing. You carry kids glasses. Please add an actual kids section!!

The frames I ordered were out of stock and my order was cancelled without notice so I had to contact the company to find out what happened and place another order. Waiting to see if I get them this time. Once I receive my order I can give better feedback.

Well the experience was ok. At first I had issues with the website so I couldnt order online until a business day ans was able to chat. When chatting, it took most of the morning. I was able to give my order through chat, and it said that my prescription was not loaded onto the site, which it was. Then after a couple weeks the order shipped and said a tracking number was provided on my profile which it was not or could not find it. Anyway, after the site technical difficulties it is hard to say if I'll be back.
