First and foremost, thank you very much for taking the time to write such a thorough review, it allowed us to check our records and match the timeline accurately. Your order was initially placed with us on October 28th of 2019. In less than 7 days, your first frame was shipped. Given the sheer amount of products we carry, there are instances where we are out of stock for certain frames and we have to backorder them from our suppliers. We have a phenomenal relationship with our suppliers which allows maintaining affordability for high-end eyewear for our dear clients. That is our business model. We are sorry to hear about your troubling experience nonetheless. Unfortunately, the second pair you had ordered was discontinued shortly after we were out of stock for them. Therefore we issued a refund right away on November 12th of 2019. Hello Jackie. Your order was placed on Nov 24th. It was packaged and shipped out on the 27th with priority shipping. That is a day before thanksgiving! According to our records, your package was delivered on the 5th of December, that is a day after you left this review for us. We adhered to your requests to the best of our ability, however, we'd appreciate it if you could understand that delays occurring once your order is picked up by shipping companies, especially during Thanksgiving, is completely out of our control. Keep in mind that progressive lenses, as they were in your case, take special care and time to be made. We admitted that your desired frame was going to be back ordered due to being out of stock. We understand that prescription glasses are an integral part of life for those who wear them, and we couldn't be sorrier about the inconvenience caused on your end because of the delay in your order.
