The $26 is a restocking fee that is listed in our Terms & Conditions that you agreed with upon ordering. You should have received a replacement with the right color if you had asked, however, we can't see your order details without knowing your order number/last name. Hello Jill, thank you for taking the time to write a review. You are right about the reason we couldn't provide you a refund. Our prescription lenses are custom made, cut & shipped to you. They can not be restocked after being cut. We can not stress this enough, please input your prescription correctly upon ordering. This can be ensured by having your prescription handy and double-checking all the information before checking out. Our Terms & Conditions clearly state under what circumstances we can't issue a refund, and your situation falls under that category. As you can tell, "In Stock" is not a stall tactic for us! We had your order prepped and shipped right away, but ever since COVID-19 has impacted all shipping companies around the world, there have been delays in all kinds of shipments and Glasses Pros, unfortunately, can not control that end of things. We were able to give you over $60 OFF, however, and you did secure the best price that you could have been quoted from ANY other online glasses shop.
