Wrong size - lengthy process/delivery time
I gave my sons PD size (provided by his doctor) and they told me that was way too small and I needed to remeasure. I gave them a different size (that I measured myself) and they accepted it. It took a very long time to process and ship. After getting the lenses they were way too big. I contacted them and they said they would exchange them. When I accepted that and gave them my cell number at their request, to complete the exchange, they stopped responding to me. Now I’m stuck with glasses way too big and useless.

Everything went wrong with this and my first order. Your web sight says free returns if not happy. I orders a glass order from you a few months ago. Frames were too small. Contacted you and told we do not a return policy. Your web says full refund on glasses. Look up my acct. Erick Anderson Very unhappy with your company and service. You still me $38.00 which I have no way get . Send me a check. I just purchased another order hoping to get credit applied. Did not work. You owe me money and I cannot get it back from you.

I am extremely unimpressed. These are the most expensive and extremely cheap pair of glasses and they don't even sit straight on my face! Super pissed! I should have just stuck with Zenni Optical...

DNT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I ordered glasses for my 4 year old daughter and first of all it took forever to receive. Not only that the phone lines wouldn't work and after weeks of waiting I get an email saying due to some company issues the order was delayed. But the biggest thing is I hot defective glasses where the lense pops out and after complaining they said this is how it's going to be. This is Nonsense I will never order from them ever. VERY unprofessional people.
