Had my size
This site had my size. I couldn't find it at several other sites I visited. They also had a style I really liked, not just one I felt I'd have to settle for, like the other sites. I especially liked the spring hinge that came with the style I ordered as well. Ordering was smooth and easy. Another site I visited had an ordering process so involved that I had to call their customer service department to walk me through it. The price I paid here was remarkably low for the impressive quality of the frame I received. Free shipping was a plus, as was their generous discount. My frames came two weeks after I ordered.

Nice to know the customer matters…
My shipping was delayed thru no fault of GlassesPros and they made every effort to make things right. They were a pleasure to deal with. It’s nice to know there are companies that still care about customer service and satisfaction.

Look.
Look.. it took forever (almost 2 months) but I got them. With the proper prescription and let’s face it.. they have brands others don’t. These glasses are nice! Well done! I am truly enjoying these glasses and I did get the works- transition etc. - if you can- I would just go ahead and order- just be patient- it’s not fast food. You don’t get this kind of quality in a rush. Thankyou glassespro!!

Support Family-Owned Business!!
I especially appreciated Jay's attitude, despite the phone ringing off the wall (a good thing!) and him being buried in snow with no courier in sight! Yet, he aims to please and you just can't help but want to do business with a company that is so personable with fab reviews!
