Glassespros are great! Jay Brown was unbelievably helpful and even was able to get a pair of glasses to me faster than expected. They also have great deals! I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses for the price of one and that even included my prescription! USE THEM.

Was looking for a replacement for my existing frames. Couldn't find them reasonable anywhere but here. Customer service (Holden) was very helpful. Great experience. Can't wait to receive my new frames.

Customer service was very helpful in making note to coordinate the shipping of two pairs of frames together, one of which was not in stock, so they could be compared. Polite, courteous and helpful rep.

I was really skeptical from ordering from this place given the poor reviews, but it was the only place where I could get a specific Prodesign Axiom model at a reasonable price. I decided to gamble it and bought two of the same frames (different color), where the second was 50% off. A day later, I get a phone call saying the navy color I wanted is backordered until Dec, and they can do a partial shipment for the first frame as they are able to source it immediately from the manufacturer. I said sure. A week later, I get the package and I was surprised to two frames, and both in the colors I wanted! Not sure if I got lucky here or their service has improved a bit since then. I would definitely order again in the future as a result of my personal experience. I want to note that I only bought frames, with no lenses to go with them. The experience might be different if you're purchasing lenses. I generally take the frames to a local optometrist and order the lens from them instead.
