Customer Service was great
The customer Service I received from Betty was amazing. she was knowledgeable and made getting my glasses sooner easier. Half of my order was on backorder, she is having half of it shipped to me so I dont have to wait longer to get them. Thank you Betty

What a life saver
I looked all over town and everywhere on the internet for frames to replace my broken glasses. I have a medical issue that affects my eyes and had to have these lenses put into the frames they were made for or be miserable. No one had them as they had been discontinued years ago. I even talked to the manufacturer in Canada who never got back to me. Then luckily I found Jay at glasses-pro. He said to give him a day and that sometimes there are frames put away someplace that everyone has forgotten about. When I called him back he had found the ONE pair of frames that were left over and tucked away somewhere in another state. He ordered them for me, helped me get registered and pay in about 10 minutes. Without his help I would not have them and would have spent a ton of money. Thank you Jay!

Vision Mission
My Frame broke and was not able to find anywhere in the market. I was so glad to find the exact frame I was looking for at Glassespros.com. Search was very easy, all I had to do was type in the frame number and specification and wallah!!! After that it was smooth ride and here I am waiting eagerly to get the frame , put the lenses in and able to see clearly again. Thank you for making my shopping experience easy and convenient.
