Hi there, Thanks for leaving this great review for Betty and for providing us with your valuable feedback. We appreciate it! As far as our stock is concerned, we offer over 75,000 frames and we stock majority of them but sometimes they get sold out! Therefore, when we special order the frames from manufacturers, that's when they let us know that the frames have been discontinued! This is a problem across all online approved retailers for designer brands. It sometimes causes an inconvenience but our hands are tied as well. We update our website regularly but there are still some frames that we miss out. Therefore, it's always better to check with us before you order. Otherwise, we don't collect payments unless we know for a fact that we have the frames or we can get the frames. If not, we refund the money to the customer.
