Buyer Beware!!! I ordered glasses and received an email stating "Please be informed that the billing address you have provided does not match banks records." I made sure the billing address was correct. I called to ensure everything was processed correctly. I was using my Flex Spending card (which should not have made a difference.) DING, DING, DING...Needless to say I started to feel skeptical it was not feeling right, so I decided to check out the reviews. All reviews were current and more red flags went up. I cancelled the order and feel relieved that I did. The company does not seem legitimate.

I never and I say NEVER shop at websites that even look sketchy. This was one of them and I should have trusted my gut. I ordered some Gucci frames that I been looking for and they just happened to have them so I bought them for over 200 dollars. Those 200 dollars immediately gets removed from my account even though the item hasn't shipped (weird but I didn't mind). Literally the next morning I get an email from them saying that the item was actually out of stock and that they "automatically refunded" me my money and I should see it in my account within 24-72 hrs. 72 hrs pass and still nothing so I emailed them and they said "our apologies it'll be 3-5 business days now" Now I have to wait and I'm hoping that I don't get scammed. But the WORST part about all this is that THEY STILL have those Gucci frames up on their site ready to "buy"!! Like? SMH. Really? You go through a whole refund with a customer and don't even bother taking down the item? LOL. Guts. Seems like a set up to me. Save yourself some stress and just shop else where. I know times are tuff for everyone but you don't have to do people like this. Whether they return the money or not, making people go through these second thoughts and weird vibes isn't the move. The fact that people even have to be on sites like this one trying to make sure they aren't getting scammed is very sad. This company needs help. And I don't say it to make them look bad, it's just the truth. They should really thank me and start turning things around. Maybe they are a good company with good intentions, just a REALLY bad staff that doesn't get anything done. Maybe they are just dealing with technical difficulties. Or maybe they are a scam. Who knows! I am not saying they are bad people. They're just un-organized and sketchy. Advice I would give to anyone reading this is, just trust your gut.

I ordered the glass on June 23, 2020 They said it gonna take 4-6 weeks to get the glass shipped to my address. With this COVID 19, I understood the situation and said I will be okay with max 6 weeks. I contact them after 6 weeks and found that they haven’t yet started production. I was very frustrated to hear that so I cancel the order. I am waiting for the refund of my money which is 5 business days plus already. God know what’s gonna happen with my 250$. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them.

Placed my order and then was notified that due to 75% staff reduction my order was going to take longer. Then received a email that my lenses had to be specially ground and that it would be a another 275.00! Pay attention to the negative reviews of this company! That gave earned every negative statement!

They didn’t give me an email or anything to aware me that my order was canceled. I ordered the glasses again and it got canceled. They are horrible with communication.

Spent almost $300 back in February on glasses, received lenses a month later with wrong prescription. Sent glasses back after arguing with one of this customer service agents for over a week! Now it’s been almost two MONTHS!! Still no update on my glasses, nothing! What a rip-off! I’m really beginning to feel this company is taking advantage of the disabled, people who can’t readily get out of their home to Eyeglass shops. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to BLINDLY wait 3-4 months for eye glasses! Filing with the BBB... hopefully my glasses will appear after they contact them!

Glasses were blurry and they refused to replace. Yes it was after the return window but what do you do with a useless product? Terrible customer service. Do not buy from them, they will not get your RX correct. I took my RX to a local chain and they had no problem with my RX. Lenses are useless.

(I should have heeded the warnings of all those negative reviews). I was patient; I waited and I was willing to alter my order to accommodate them and they still took way too long to fulfill my order. My order was dated Dec. 13, 2019. They contacted me 3 weeks later to tell me the frame I ordered was out of stock (why does it take 3 weeks to determine that frames are out of stock? don't they use computers?), and would I take another color in the same frame. I agreed (silly me, I should have cancelled the order right there). I contacted them weekly for an update and they had a list of excuses: Source company was doing inventory, Jewish Holiday (is there one in early/mid January?), Can't expedite overnight, etc. It was getting old. I called them on 1/28/20 and they said order was ready to ship and I would get it Friday so I asked for the shipping number so I could track it; of course they couldn't do that so I said "forget it" and asked for a refund...which they were reluctant to do, so I had to have paypal step in and refund the transaction. On top of all that, not once did anyone ask "what can we do to make it right". This is not a consumer oriented business, more like a ponzi scheme...luck me, I was a patsy. Please don't make my mistake; it's not worth it; whatever you think you are saving isn't worth the time and energy. Please go elsewhere.
