I bought glasses for $64. They were tiny as hell! I didnt even put them on and put them right back in the box and emailed them to return the box. I had to pay for that and they charged me a $10 "re-stocking fee" to put it back in their warehouse shelves. its been over 15-21 days they said to get the money back and I HAVE NO MONEY BACK! THIS SITE IS A MASSIVE !@#$ SCAM!! DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT! They keep responding in emails saying the same canned computer response about 15-21 days to process but won't even confirm they received the package! and of course i can't find the receipt with the tracking number anymore...I didnt expect them to just not pay me and keep both the glasses AND my money! I have been emailing them every week for a freakin month and NO RESPONSE!

They don't sell progressive lenses? What is this, 1950? How many people carry around reading AND distance glasses anymore? AND the return policy? You might as well consider your money gone if you try to return them. No prepaid shipping label, no refund on lenses, partial refund on frames? This has to be the WORST GLASSES RETAILER ONLINE. I wouldn't but lens cleaner from these people if I were you. It's like buying pants fron China, you'd better get the fit right or you will lose your money. I now have a pair of expensive frames since I don't carry two pairs of glasses with me everywhere I go.

Paid $200+ for prescription designer glasses…. Arrived bent and unwearable due to being so crooked…. In fear of never seeing them again based off previous reviews, I’ve decided to suck it up and hopefully get them fixed at my eye doctor office here in town. I will never use this company again. Communication was lacking. $$$ comes out immediately before shipment. They did return my email about shipment promptly but literally 10 days had went by and no follow up email prior to me reaching out first.

It sucks I got it and it did not come

Glasses are legit on website but poor order notifications and delivery tracking. None are provided. What is more troubling is that the credit cards I have used on this site end up being used by a 3rd party illegally and have had to cancel credit cards due to unauthorized activity that I suspect is the result of people behind this website

Scam!!! Bought glasses and canceled order due to horrible bad reviews. Got only a portion of my money back. Then had my credit card compromised. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!
