GlassesonwebReviews of glassesonweb.com

My friend recommended this site and although I was skeptical but I gave it a try. I knew what I was looking for so the selection process was fast and easy for me . Took a fraction of time to submit my order . Order was processed and shipped out in just 2 days with delivery way ahead of the estimated schedule. My glasses were packaged perfectly and a detailed receipt of what I purchased was included so I was able to submit the claim to my insurance company without delays . My overall experience was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!

Promptly received my glasses. Looks new and authentic. Site & product legit. Thanks

I read a couple of the negative reviews about delays so I contacted the chat service available. I asked all the questions that I had concerns about and I felt that the person was professional and honest. I asked her if my lenses were in stock with their supplier and she assured me they were. I also asked what would cause the delays that people complained about and she said that some frames were at overseas suppliers but my frames were not. Im hoping the rest of my experience goes this well! Update: I received my glasses and have been extremely satisfied! I received my glasses in under 2 weeks and they are exactly what I ordered. I would highly recommend!

I was very excited to find Glassesonweb.com. Product selection is unbelievable. My all family use glasses and I found great styles for everyone at a fraction of a cost that you will pay at the doctors office. Customer service is knowledgeable and professional. I was updated about the status of my order constantly. Shipping time is half of what they advise. From now on this is my number 1 site for glasses for all of my family. Thank you !!!!!!

I tried these eyeglasses on at my doctors office and feel in love with them. However, the price was too high for my budget. I was so excited to find them on line. Glassesonweb.com saved me $120.00. They arrived and are exactly what I had tried on, they fit me perfect. I have now book marked this website and will refer my family and friends to it for their future purchases. However, it will be best to get fitted correctly at your eye doctor, to ensure they fit right.

The frames ordered were exactly as represented, the measurements of the actual lens size were as well. Due to a snowstorm in the Buffalo area, they had to delay by 2 days shipment of the second frame, and they communicated immediately, identifying the issue and when it would be addressed. Excellent selection, good value, and terrific customer service. An unqualified recommendation.

But everything went perfectly smoothly. I exchanged the lenses myself.

The service was quick and efficient. The purchased frames are just what I expected but less expensive than what I found in the local stores. I plan to shop with Glassesonweb for my sunglasses as well.
