While we respect every customer’s right to share their opinion, posting the same allegation repeatedly does not change the review process or the answer we have already provided through our customer service channel. As previously explained, we are happy to inspect the frame once it is returned to us. If the frame is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect, we will handle the matter accordingly and issue a full refund in line with our policy. However, if the frame is not defective and the issue is related to normal frame adjustment or fitting, the return will be processed according to our posted return policy, including any applicable return terms. Eyeglass frames, especially acetate frames, may require final adjustment after lenses are installed and when fitted to the customer’s face. This does not automatically mean the frame is defective. We remain willing to review the item properly once it is returned, but we cannot make a final determination based only on repeated public posts. Please continue communication through the existing customer service case so the matter can be handled properly.

While the shipment was unfortunately declared lost by the carrier — something outside of our control — we did respond to your messages and actively worked with the courier to locate the package as quickly as possible. Even though this situation was not caused by us, we issued a full refund for your order to ensure you were not left out of pocket.
