We received fake glasses

0 ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO RATING!!! Should read the reviews before you purchased to this Company. They don't care their customers even you paid more money for fast shipping . Ordered my glasses on July 6th... only for this company to tell us that my husband needed to send in his ID with the same address as his shipping information.... ( I failed to mention that this company immediately took the money out of his account * they tried saying that they only did a pre-authorization* before asking us to provide identification...lol...what a scam and a complete waste of time )

Pray you have read all the reviews regarding Glasses on Web before you purchased there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't care that they've sent you rejects. Sure, you'll get replies to your email, but it'll be countless demands for photos and claims that you're wrong - no matter how much you've documented, they won't admit that they've sent you rejects that will fall apart on you. HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY.

Awful experience. I would give this company no stars if I could. Never order your glasses from here. I have waited over a month for my glasses. They do not have all of their glasses in stock. They do not tell you this when you order. I waited over a week for them to send me an email saying they would have to be shipped from Europe. They proceed to tell you it will be 10-15 business days before they get them. Once they finally receive the glasses and ship them it is another 7-10 business days before they are shipped to you. Also if your billing address is different from your shipping address it is also a big issue and further delay.

We received our daughters glasses almost two weeks late (about 4 weeks total) and the lenses were scratched and did not fit properly into the frame. One len was also larger and irregular shaped versus the other. We immediately contacted the company for an exchange and the only option presented was to repurchase the glasses, or send in the one's we had and wait for a new pair. Now we are faced with our 1 year old daughter not having any glasses after trying them for a few days and now going without for up to an additional 4 weeks, or just eating the extra cost for these and going to a reputable eyeglass provider. I spoke with customer service and asked them to send us new lenses and we would return the old ones once we received the new ones, this way our daughter wasn't without glasses for the time it takes to send us new product. She refused repeatedly, said it wasn't an option and she was the manager and would not approve it, over and over. We read a few reviews of a similar nature prior to our initial purchase and took a chance - our feedback now would be to believe them. This company does not care, fails to ship on time, sends a poor quality product, and does not stand by their service. If I could give them less than a star I would. DO NOT BUY from this vendor.

Ordered sunglasses and then a few days later they emailed me that they were out of stock. Poor way to keep customers.

They say they have the product on web. After you order the product you will receive a email saying the product is coming from Europe; they don't know when you will receive It!
