I placed an order. Was offered 10% discount. Shipping was free. I had read about how misleading shipping times can be and how some customers had complained about not getting items they had already paid for promptly. So I decided to A) call them over the phone, B) text them using Messenger via FB, and C) email them using their message system on their web site to contact them. I got a reply via Messenger within 10 minutes, an email the following day, and a phone call in the afternoon. Long story short, the sunglasses had to be shipped from Italy, It took a little over a week for the glasses to get to the US. But once they had gotten to the US (Friday), it only took three more days (Monday) to actually have the item in my hands. I did not need the product right away so I did not mind waiting the extra time. If the product had been on stock —now I know— I could have gotten it in as early as three days once the order had been processed. So, in my opinion (and in my particular case) the savings were worth the wait. One more thing, I used their financing option —Bread— and it made the purchase experience even more convenient.
