I ordered glasses from here two months ago and they keep telling me that they have no idea when they will ship because they had to order them overseas. I just filed an ftc fraud report. Everyone that has been scammed by this website should file a complaint immediately.

This is fraud company. They just steal money from me. I placed an order about US$500 on Feb. 18, 2021. In April, GlassesEtc sent me an email they didn't have in stock. I asked refund. GlassedETC was lying that refund was deposited on April 28, however GlassesETC couldn't provide any evidence like receipt showing his refund. In my credit card account, no any refund from GlassesETC. This company is complete fraud company, cheating and lying to buyers.

I purchased a pair of glasses from Glassesetc, used Sezzle to pay for them, after roughly 3 weeks I reached out to inquire about my glasses, I was sent a one line email stating that they had to order the frames from over seas and I would be notified when they arrive, I waited for a while and decided to reach out again and was told that they should be processed soon, that never happned and was told that I needed to pick another pair because the frames that I picked would not be coming to me at all, the original pair was $222, I picked a pair for $60 and another pair for $44, they later sent me an email stating that I needed to pay an additional $30 when in fact they promised that they would cover the cost of my prescription to be put in, they sent an email stating that they mailed the glasses, I received the grames with no prescription in them and after several emails with no response, they stopped answering my emails and flat out refuse to assist and help, meanwhile they continue to charge my Credit Card for the glasses, PLEASE run as far as you can from this company, they're RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, HEARTLESS, CROOKS, and DECEPTIVE, they refuse to answer the telephone that doesn't belong to them and refuse to answer any emails, please read the reviews and that will keep you away, I ordered the same glasses with my prescription from another vendor and within 2 weeks I had my glasses and an email to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. Glassesetc is a joke and ripoff, I will be filing a formal complaint to get my concerns addressed, as of today 4/16/21 my glasses still has not be fixed nor have I heard back from them. RUN and RUN fast, you will Thank me later, please read the reviews.

i think i was ripped off by glassect as well. I tried to buy glasses, but unfortunately during the payment process for the order, I got information that the payment could not be made due to an address error. I tried several times because I thought I actually made a mistake in the address. After a few tries, I quit. The next day I realized my card had been charged several times. I wrote a message on fb and got feedback that they are sorry for this and that they will explain the matter soon. Niesety now does not respond to e-mails and messages on FB. He does not tolerate this type of behavior and I believe that fraudsters should bear the consequences of their actions. Maybe some collective trial of all victims?

0 stars would be better. Glasses came and are clearly old glasses that someone half ass attempted to repair. They do not respond to phone calls or emails in order to return the defective product. Do not waste your time or money!

I have been waiting two months for glasses. I got one email saying that the glasses were stuck in customs. That was a month ago. Now they say be patient. And they don’t return calls. Definitely a scam.

I never went on this website before. I never ordered anything here or via another party that would get its product from this website. Therefore, i have no idea how they got my credit card number and then proceeded to charge me. No receipt either. This was detected by my cc company and immediately labeled as fraud. This company is unethical and run by crooks, as other reviewers have experienced
