Failed to ship or communicate in regards to the order. Including not answering emails

I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHADES AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE NOT IN STOCK AND WAS ASKED IF I WANTED SOMETHING ELSE. I POLITELY DECLINED AND REQUESTED FOR A REFUND. AFTER ASKING FOR A REFIND I NEVER HEARD BACK. THANK GOD I WENT THROUGH PAY PAL TO FILE A CLAIM AND WAS ABLE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BASED ON THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL WAY ON HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CONSUMERS!!!

Need long time for shipping

I ordered sunglasses on September 6th, haven’t received any shipment updates or reasons for delay. Sent email inquiry and got no information. Very poor service…

When placing an order if the product is unavailable or sold out you should make it known. Purchased over a week ago and still no shipping confirmation. Bad experience.

Wrost service ever. I paid extra for express shipping and my glasses are 1 months late!

still havnt even gotten my glasses been over 2 weeks ridiculous asked for a refund and they said NO i would never reccomend getting glasses from this website they’ve been paid in full with expidited shipping and still have not recieved them not even an update
