bad really bad

My order took well over a month to arrive. When it showed no record of even shipping at even the month point I inquired for refund and cancel of order. Finally after being offered other pairs of sunglasses which I did not want and discounts on other orders they agreed to a refund. They said I would receive it in 3-5 days. It has been over 1 week still to refund and no response from the company when I inquired about the refund.

I ordered two pairs of frames from them on December 5th, 2020, it took them a month to do the delivery with the wrong prescription which I notified them and was asked to send it back and I did. it's going to be one year now since we've been back and forth on the order and now my emails are not being replied to. after much back and forth was told one of my frames was messed up at the lab I decided to send another frame I bought from another vendor and send to them for the prescription till this date I've not heard a word from them. I'm beginning to think they are not legit because no one with common sense will run a business like this.

Is like I'm regretting making business with you. Till now I've not gotten my order ,At a time I said may be they are not real .So if you're real I need what I bought from you (gucci glasses)Thanks.

It’s been 20 days and I still have not received my glasses, the phone number to customer service doesn’t work, I have emailed and still no respond.

I received the wrong frames from the one's i ordered. They were very prompt with responding to everything during the process to exchange and send back the wrong pair. I was very happy with how quick it was. However, only after they received the frames back did they notify me that they did not have the frames I ordered in stock. In fact they were discontinued. My main issue is that the moment I asked for a refund, as I did not get what I ordered and they confirmed they received the frames back, I have had no communication from them. Even after reaching out more than once.

Never received my glasses or an update regarding shipment/tracking. It's been 3 weeks. Never again. I'm thinking I'm going to wait a few more days then ask for a refund
