They didn't inform me that the frames for my prescription glasses were out of stock. They refused to apologize for their mistake and instead apologized that I was upset about it (which is not an apology). The website quotes 5-7 days shopping when you order but you have to go to the shopping page to see that there's another week or 2 for prescription glasses so your left waiting up to 3 weeks. Customer service was rude and unhelpful and rather than accept responsibility told me I was free to cancel my orde if I wanted to. I will never use this company again. Terrible.

Five days after ordering and not getting an update on my order, I began to send almost daily emails asking about my order status. Customer support was unresponsive, or vague and unhelpful when they did respond, only promising that my order would be shipping soon. They finally checked on what really happened with my glasses ONLY when I threatened to call my credit card company to report the purchase as fraudulent. Even then, they ended up blaming the manufacturer for shipping it to their HQ instead of the warehouse, and NEVER offered any kind of recompense. I had to demand that they offer expedited shipping when they said they finally had my glasses - otherwise they would've been perfectly fine letting me wait an entire month for the order. Best part? After the 5th time of them saying that the glasses should ship, the order status STILL never changed. I cancelled the order and got a refund in a couple of days (the only thing customer service did quickly).

Beware. I ordered 3 of the same glasses. My credit card was charged immediately. After 2 months,i still hadn't received. I called and was told that style was discontinued. When were they going to tell me? i said refund me. 2 MORE months and 3 calls later, i get credited for 2 but they charged me for all 3. More phone calls, no help. I disputed the charge with me credit card And got refund that way

I ordered a sunglass from a website named "Glassesetc.com" and it's been over a month they are not shipping me the product, they are not even giving me the refund. I found this address on their website and I tried to find a review spot on their website but couldn't find it... Can I get some help with this from here? Or I need to contact the police?
