Ordered contacts...charged immediately but took 8 days to arrive. Boc contained shipping label showing what I ordered. Box did not contain that! Emailed right away. Nothing. Follow up email was answered with a promise of a return label and an overnight of what was ordered. I, like an fool, packaged up the "wrong" items and returned them. 5 emails and 10 days later and I have zip! This company is run by people who could care less at best and criminals at worst.

It’s a scam! They don’t send tracking numbers and always tell the customers the same thing: your glasses are back ordered for 2 weeks. They charge you instantly. Do not purchase from them.

I placed an order for frames and reading lenses on 9/23. I repeatedly requested that the order be expedited. Customer service told me in writing that I would absolutely have the order by 10/4. On 10/7, after not receiving the order, customer service told me I would receive the order by 10/11. I immediately asked for a refund. The customer service representative refused to supply a refund and and though they never shipped me ANYTHING told me there was "no one in the company with the authority to provide refunds." I am out $ 240 + the money paid to a reputable company to order the glasses I need. Horrible, horrible people.

Ordered rush shipping over a week ago and never even received a confirmation email! No response to emails nor does anyone answer the phone. Scam company. Now I have to file a dispute via my credit card company which will take over a month to get my money back. AVOID THIS "COMPANY."

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY As with the other reviews, this site has appalling customer service...I ordered over 2 weeks ago: - No shipment or tracking details, - No reply from the customer service department (at all...I'm still waiting!) Never going to use this company again.

Worst service ever! I was supposed to get my glasses in 2-3 days. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard from them even though I emailed them and called them multiple times. They just don’t reply. I would never recommend someone use their services.

Per their site: Your order is currently processing and is expected to ship soon. Please allow 2-3 business days from the date you placed your order for us to process and prepare your order to ship. Once we ship it you will automatically recieve an email with your tracking number and confirmation of shipment. Thank you! Fast forward 5 business days later, my order has yet to be shipped.

The website advertised 5-7 days shipping. I placed an order and never received an notification for more then 2 was, when I called them 2 1/2 wk later to inquire I was informed the glasses were on backorder that they were going to receive it this current week. The rep did not even apologize!! I have yet to receive it. I do not recommend this site, it’s worth it to pay the extra few bucks to buy somewhere else.
