Complete fraud. Never received frames i paid for First they sent email saying 3-5 days after ordering. Then after 5 days said 7-10. Now after 10 will not respond to emails.

This company is horrible with communication and the customer service team is discombobulated at best. I have a string of e-mails over the course of 3 months where they sporadically said they would send me the frames I ordered or refund my money, which in the end, they did neither. They also consistently "offer" frames that you order and pay for, only to find out they don't have them, hence the back and forth communication. See my BBB of Utah complaint! I highly recommend EZContacts.com for no hassle, professional service and nicely priced designer frames!

I ordered my glasses December 9th (it's now January 15th). I never got any updates on my sunglasses so I called them multiple times and got no answer. Finally I emailed them since their website promised a 'prompt response' and they got back to me 2 days later. They said the frames broke and that they had to order new ones and that they would be on the way to me in a couple days. That was January 2nd and I haven't heard anything from them and I can't get a hold of anyone. If you're looking for cheap glasses/sunglasses, for the love of God, pay a little extra and go with someone else. At this point, I'm becoming accepting of the fact that they cheated me out of $280

- Left 4 messages over the past 2 months and no return phone calls. Sadly enough, the first 2 calls were about a new order. I went local and paid a lot more, but the customer service was 1000% better. - Sent glasses back for warranty covered lens issue and first they told me they cannot fix the frame, then they said they cannot fix the issue due to the way the lenses are attached to the frame. No subsequent emails to my query about their warranty support. They sent the glasses back not fixed. DID NOT HONOR WARRANTY. Very disappointed. I have used them before and they were responsive and had good support. Substantial decrease in responsiveness and care.

I wish I had purchased my frames elsewhere-- it took them 10 days yo even mail them. I didn't get prescription lenses, I just ordered frames. When I received an email from them saying "we will ship your order in 3 to 5 business days", that was already several days after I made the purchase. When I enquired as to When it was taking this long (side note: nowhere on their website does it say 10+ business days for order processing before shipping), here is their snarky response, and I quote: "well, we aren't Amazon". Just wow. How unprofessional. Next time I need frames I am 100% willing to pay a little more just as to not give them my business. Their customer service is unnecessarily rude. It took about 2 weeks to receive my order of 1 pair of frames.

Ordered frames two weeks ago. They have sent no tracking number, don't answer their phone and have ignored numerous emails. This place is a scam DO NOT Order from there.

I ordered a pair of glasses two weeks ago. Still no sign of shipping. Skip these guys and safe yourself the frustration.

Wow..I received the frames I ordered .they were great, I sent them back with my new prescription, ordered hi index lenses, and all the other bells and whistles..took over a month to get them back,AND I couldn't see out of them. Did not get hi index lenses either, got polycarbonate. Left 8 voice mails to call me..NO RESPONSE!!! WILL NOT CALL ME WONT HELP ME AT ALL!! HAD TO DISPUTE PAYMENTS WITH MY CC COMPANY...still won't stand behind their product.
