Attention to detail in installation lacking...
The shower door was not centered-it was off by a 1/2 inch-so it did not line up with the end of the tile accent in the shower area. It seems very obvious when you look where the hinges were secured to the wall...the tile accent extends a 1/2 inch. When the installers came back to see the discrepancy they argued with the contractor about the placement of the door...the accent tile extends past the door a 1/2 inch; had the door been positioned exactly in the middle of the saddle then the door and tile would have lined up perfectly...will unfortunately have to live with it!

If we are not instructed differently our typical installation is to install the shower enclosure centered on the threshold. Unfortunately in this instance we were never informed of you intent. After inspection the shower door was mounted centered on the sill (Edge of glass is 3” from inside and outside of sill). There are many instances where our customers have the deco tile come thru the shower enclosure. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the installation. We would be more than happy to come out and remove the enclosure and reinstall it exactly where you would like it.
