A few years ago I ordered a piece of glass for a picture frame. It took 7 weeks to cut it and I had already purchased a picture frame for $9.99. you charged me $20 which I prepaid. You guys SUCK.

Tom. I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience. That most certainty does not sound like how we normally operate. I have looked back in our point of sale system and can not find your order. Could it be under a different name?
