I bought this scooter 2 years ago from Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised that the built, aesthetics and quality was so great. But, from the get go I started to have problems with the charge. It charges very slow. The manual says that 100% charge should take about 10 hrs, however, I’ve kept it charged for a whole day and it dosnt show an in crease In charge. Then it died and didn’t charge again. Do I contacted support. Ended buying a new battery for 400 dollars. Expensive. I had to figure out how to install it myself. Battery came with full charge but now it’s not charging. I’m at a loss. Very disappointed. This was not a cheap purchase it was 1200. Now 1657 with the new battery and charger I just bought. My current charger blinks red and green is that normal? If anyone knows please let me know.

I would have given you five stars, but the scooter arrived with “scuff”marks down the side on the left. Not sure how that would have happened unless this is a scooter that was returned by another buyer. Would appreciate follow-up on why we received this scooter instead of one without visible damage. We received the scooter by FedEx today, 8/25/24.

Very fast ,but too small for a full size man, could have the seat adjustable
