i ordered a bass guitar 2 weeks ago....still havent received it....probably will never order from them again...stick to my reliable ones

Appalling company - steer well clear. Refused to fix guitar that was in warranty. Initially offered me £10 and told me to fix it myself. Really dodgy.

I bought a Banjo Guitar and the instrument was unplayable. Strings were 1cm above the frets after maximum truss rod adjustment. I had to cut down the bridge and the nut just to be able to play a chord. it also doesn't stay in tune for more than one song. Basically this is not a playable musical instrument but just a toy.

STAY AWAY SCAM COMPANY!! They sent me a damaged unplayable guitar and then took forever to reply only to tell me they couldnt find my order. Liars who just want to scam people!

Ordered and paid for a piano for my grandsons but never received it. Bad tracking, bad communication, bad company. They left me high and dry with no resolution. Avoid these scam artists!!!

Don't buy anything from this ghost company. My brother purchased for me a guitar and it came with a 3 inch crack running up the fingerboard. The paint job included over spray inside the hollow body. The hard case promised was a zipper nylon bag that looked beat up and used. When we emailed, got no response. When we called, we got a text mail prompt. What kind of company has no company voice mail? Someone called back and promptly hung up on us as we were asking for a refund. I've never seen a guitar that bad, ever! I would have felt better if they took my money and not sent the piece of crap at all.
